Stephen Smith is a Personal Injury Attorney with over forty years of experience handling injury claims and has been with Davis Law Firm since 2015. He was born in Bethesda, Maryland and grew up in Western Kentucky. He has lived and worked in San Antonio for over forty years. Prior to joining Davis Law Firm, Stephen worked at one of the largest injury firms in the nation where he managed litigation attorneys. He previously worked for insurance companies handling injury cases and became the Texas Claims Director for one of the nation’s largest casualty carriers. Stephen has always been driven by a desire to advocate for those who have been injured and need a strong voice on their side. In his time with Davis Law Firm, he has resolved over 1,200 cases totaling over $17 million in settlements. His greatest satisfaction is winning a battle that no one thought could be won. Stephen strongly believes in giving back to the community and has volunteered for over ten years with Child Advocates of San Antonio (CASA). After working with CASA, he decided to become a licensed foster parent for the State of Texas.
