Mark Stephen Cichowski

Mark Cichowski is a Board Certified Personal Injury Trial Lawyer and Of Counsel with twenty-eight years of experience and has been with Davis Law Firm since 2015. He was born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama and grew up in Port Arthur, Texas. Cichowski has successfully resolved, or taken to trial, hundreds of cases on behalf of injured parties including several seven figure settlements against automobile and tire manufacturers.
Prior to joining Davis Law Firm, Cichowski practiced as an engineer, with clients in the business and governmental sectors, where he was privy to the effect of money and political power on the safety and welfare of the working class. He saw how profit motive was turned into public policy that he believed was neither beneficial nor served the public interest. After 17 years, he decided he could best serve others and himself by being an advocate for those most affected by corporate greed and accessibility to justice. His experience has led him to successfully resolve hundreds of cases on behalf of injured parties including several seven figure settlements against automobile and tire manufacturers.
Cichowski is motivated by a strong sense of fairness and justice. His passion is to level the playing field for abused and injured working class families that find themselves up against corporate interests. In addition to his role at Davis Law Firm, Cichowski owns his own practice and provides pro bono services to those who are in need of legal representation. He has also participated in the Elf Louise Project in San Antonio and fundraisers for various charities including Child Advocates of San Antonio and St. Jude’s Children Hospital.
