Marcella Della Casa was born in New York City, New York and was the daughter of Colombian immigrants. Her family later moved to El Paso, Texas where she attended college and graduate school. Marcella is a native Spanish speaker, and her diverse cultural background led her to start her legal career in San Antonio, Texas.
Marcella has 25 years of experience in multimillion dollar complex personal injury and construction litigation. She is routinely recognized as one of San Antonio’s top construction litigation attorneys. Having tried more than 35 jury trials to verdict, Marcella has earned a reputation as an effective and formidable trial attorney. Marcella joined the firm in 2023 to utilize her extensive litigation skills for the benefit of the citizens of Texas.
Marcella is an avid supporter of SNIPSA where she rescued her two dogs Beauty and Lola. She has also volunteered at the Wildlife Rescue & Rehabilitation Center in San Antonio.
