Jorge Tuckler

Jorge Tuckler is a Personal Injury Attorney with twenty-nine years of experience and has been with Davis Law Firm since 2019. He was born and raised in Managua, Nicaragua. Most of his career has been spent defending insurance companies and their insureds but today he finds greater satisfaction representing accident victims due to increasing injustices and unfairness in the legal process. Prior to working at the firm, Jorge worked for a bilingual immigration law firm in St. Paul, Minnesota helping undocumented immigrants get work permits, residency, and citizenship. He also represented immigrants in federal court during voluntary departure hearings.

Jorge has a wide variety of trial experiences including civil, criminal, and personal injury. His civil trial experience includes 21 first chair jury trials and 15 second chair jury trials including a 6-month commercial litigation trial. His criminal trial experience includes an acquittal in a first-degree felony murder case and the defense of a 3-month criminal trial in federal court. Jorge has also handled many types of Personal Injury cases including motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, oil and gas field accidents, commercial vehicle accidents, construction defect, nonsubscriber arbitrations and breach of contract cases.
