Ed Brown focuses his practice on personal injury law, representing individuals who have been seriously injured due to the negligence or wrongful conduct of others. Since 2019, he has devoted his practice exclusively to this area, handling a broad range of matters including third-party and first-party commercial and non-commercial motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, dog bite, and Dram Shop cases.
Prior to focusing his legal practice on personal injury, Mr. Brown worked in the Oil & Gas sector and gained substantial experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in real property and real estate matters, including suits to quiet title, suits to partition, and disputes involving clouds on title. He also has experience handling probate cases.
During law school, Mr. Brown served as a Teaching Assistant for the St. Mary’s University Civil Justice Clinic’s Tax Clinic and as a Student-Attorney for the Civil Justice Clinic. While pursuing his Master of Business Administration, he interned with a Fortune 500 company as part of a cross-functional team focused on mergers and acquisitions, new product development, supply chain management, and emerging markets.
Mr. Brown holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, reflecting his commitment to analytical rigor and process excellence. His practice is characterized by an aggressive, client-focused approach and a strong sense of justice, particularly in advocating for those harmed by gross negligence or reckless disregard.
Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Brown is an avid sports enthusiast, with a particular passion for basketball. He is actively involved in volunteering with and supporting youth sports organizations, especially those serving underrepresented communities.
