David Treat

David Treat is a Board-Certified Personal Injury Trial Lawyer and Of Counsel with more than thirty-five years of experience and has been with Davis Law Firm since 2021. His interest in law began at an early age while watching television shows centered around the fight for justice. After years of working in commercial litigation, David became a Plaintiff’s Lawyer at age 61 with the goal of working for the common man. David spends his free time with his four children, grandchild, and spouse of 40 years. He loves to read, learn and is currently working on a novel. He is a fan of the band Rush, the Boston Red Sox and Tottenham Hotspurs, as well as an avid bicyclist.
