Daniela Virgen

Daniela Virgen is a Personal Injury Attorney with 6 years of experience in the legal field and has been with Davis Law Firm since 2022. Virgen was born and raised in Laredo, Texas and is native Spanish speaker who is passionate and zealous in her work. She prides herself in her attention to detail and creativity, which drives her to go above and beyond for her clients. Her passion has always been to improve people’s lives, especially during tough times. This is what inspired her to pursue a career in law. Being a personal injury attorney is her way of alleviating the inequalities or injustices which people might face. During her law school career, she worked for the Consumer Protection Clinic at the Center for Legal Justice, St. Mary’s University School of Law, where she represented clients in eviction proceedings and helped prevent foreclosures of clients’ homes. Additionally, Daniela volunteers at the Bexar County Public Defender’s Office to help those who could not afford legal representation.
