Brian DeVaney has practiced personal injury law in the South Texas area for 30 years and has been with Davis Law Firm since 2001. He was born in Little Rock, Arkansas and grew up in Dallas, Texas. Brian is the Head of our Pre-Litigation Department where he is responsible for a legal staff of more than 50 who have successfully represented thousands of satisfied clients. He finds great satisfaction in assisting underrepresented people in need, against insurance companies who readily attempt to take advantage of individuals. Over his career, Brian has personally resolved and managed attorneys successfully settling thousands of cases and recovering hundreds of millions for his clients. Brian has been married for 35 years and is a father of two. He enjoys fishing, football, and jai alai.
