Born and raised in East Texas, Kelly has been practicing personal injury law for the entirety of his 21 years of practice. Prior to joining the Davis Law Firm in 2023, Kelly was a senior trial attorney for one of the country’s largest automobile insurance companies. During the Covid pandemic, Kelly tried one of the first personal injury trials in Texas to take place completely over Zoom. Kelly’s favorite part of his job is how it allows him to help families through the difficulties surrounding an injured loved one, something he learned about firsthand during his childhood when his father was severely injured in an industrial incident. In his spare time, Kelly enjoys hunting, fishing, and watching his children’s sporting events.
