Melissa Dumas is a Personal Injury Attorney with 13 years of experience and has been with Davis Law Firm since 2013. Originally from Indiana, Melissa attended Indiana University majoring in Criminal Justice with a minor in Art History. Eager to move on to law school, she completed her bachelor’s degree in three years and moved to the windy city, where she obtained her Juris Doctorate at the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law in 2011.

Melissa began her career working for the District Attorney’s Office before finding her passion in personal injury law and has devoted her entire learning and career to this field. She has settled hundreds of cases on behalf of injured clients and is recognized as one of the top pre-litigation attorneys at the firm. Dumas enjoys helping clients navigate the complexities of their personal injury cases. She will fight for the needs of her clients and strives to get the best outcome possible in each and every case.
