On August 5th, KSAT reported a VIATrans paratrnasitdriver was charged withsexually assaulting a woman with Down’s Syndrome. The driver. Robert Esparzsa, has been charged with aggravated sexual assault of a disabled person.

Esparza claims the interaction was consensual. He was fired following the arrest.
